Do you accept new patients at every studio?
Yes. Brera and Porta Nuova see new patients every weekday; Cernobbio from Tuesday to Saturday.
How long is a first consultation?
About an hour: photographs, a 3D scan and an unhurried conversation about what you would like to change.
Where can I find the patient forms?
We send them by email after you book, or you can fill them in at reception on arrival.
Do you work with dental insurance?
We provide detailed invoices for private insurance claims and can pre-check most Italian and EU policies before treatment.
Can I see the ceramics lab?
Of course. Veneer and crown patients are invited to meet their ceramist for shade matching in the Brera lab.
Is sedation available?
Yes, mild oral or IV sedation is available for longer procedures and anxious patients, always with an anaesthesiologist present.
